Something that Fr. Paul Wattson, S.A. (himself a former Episcopalian, led into the Roman Catholic church by the example of Francis of Assisi) originated...very much a part of my own community's Third Order Franciscan charism (reconciliation) and quite frankly, something my own community for a long time largely forgot. We are called to focus on what we as Christians have in common, and to fulfill Jesus' prayer that "they may be one" (John 17: 21). This is especially true now as anti-Christian forces grow more strident in their attacks. Our divisions encourage the enemy.
